the power bank is good a product. works well as i expected. the fast charging is working in and out. just got i bit problem regarding sending me the wrong item and for the 2nd time they send a missing freebies. anyway i hope regarding the services it's a must that you guys do your part correctly.

I like the color, the size is right but quite thick,
Performance：It can fully charge 2 PCs iPhone 14 pro max and 1pc android,fast charging.
What I dont like about it is the charging time it takes 6-7 hours to fully charge this power bank.
