•Boil a 600ml of water.
•Pour the 100g Easy 5 Minute Tapioca Pearls into the boiling water and stir slowly.
•Cover the pot and cook in medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
•Stir slowly and simmer for another 2 minutes.
•Transfer the tapioca pearls together with the water into the stainless or glass bowl. Do not drain the water. Let the tapioca pearl soak on the same water within the day. Cover the bowl and keep it in room temperature.
•Use a small wire scooper to transfer the tapioca pearls into the cup when serving.
•Best to consume withing 6 to 8 hours.
