Bakit po kaya ganito yung string/lock? Sa Physical Store naman smooth yung pag-open and close ng bag. Dito lang ako bumili dahil less price. May dumi rin akong napansin sa bottom part ng bag. Maraming himulmol dahil na ginagamit pang-lock and open ng bag. 1st ko pa naman makabili sa brand na to😢💔

Of all the bags of straightforward this is kinda disappointing since I just this Sylvan Sling and used it for like 3-4 days and I only put my headphones and wallet here, and yet I can already see the stitches of the bag. I hope you make more durable bags. Although I love the design.
