About our three solder pastes, the differences and characteristics of high temperature, medium temperature and low temperature use:

1. M9-lead-free silver-containing environmentally friendly high temperature solder paste 217°:

Tips for use: It is suitable for masters who have high requirements for maintenance quality and reduce repairs. But because of the high temperature, the maintenance difficulty will also increase.

Features: High temperature 217°, silver content, fine and sticky, no bubbling of tin planting, uniform tin beads, firm welding, environmental protection.

2. M10-leaded medium temperature solder paste 183°:

Tips for use: It is suitable for regular mobile phone maintenance and reduces the need for repairs.

Features: medium temperature 183°, fine and sticky, no bubbling of tin planting, and uniform tin beads.

3. M11-lead-free low temperature solder paste 138°:

Tips for use: It is suitable for mobile phone maintenance that cannot withstand high temperature (such as tin planting in the middle layer of iPhone X motherboard maintenance), reducing maintenance difficulty and risk.

Features: low temperature of 138°, fine and sticky, no blistering of tin planting, uniform tin beads, reducing maintenance difficulty and risk, but the welding firmness is not as good as medium and high temperature.

4. M13-Medium temperature solder paste containing silver and lead 190°:

Tips for use: It is suitable for regular mobile phone maintenance and reduces the need for repairs.
