HOW TO PREPARE (Requires Soft Serve Machine)
•Dissolve one (1) pack of Top Creamery Soft Serve Ice Cream Powder into 2.5 liters of water.
•For best results, mix very well and set aside for at least 30 minutes.
•Pour the mixture into an ice cream machine.
•Wait until ready to serve. Enjoy!
•Optional: You may add 1L of UHT Full Cream Milk to the 2.5L mixture for a creamier yield/output.
TIPS
•Air is the crucial key to the best soft-serve ice cream. It is recommended to put the mixture into the machine in portions over few-minute intervals.
