2. Bend over and put it on, first stick it on one side.

3. Use your hands to gather the other side of the chest in the middle.

4. Stick it on the other side.

Keep it Clean:

1. Wash it with lukewarm water and mild soap, scrub gently in circling motion to get rid of dirt.

2. Rinse thoroughly and shake it until it is little dry, then continue to air dry.

3. Use the plastic film to cover the adhesive side.
