You can close the nose partially to have a vacuum to facilitate the siphon of liquid or,

You can cut the tip to fit properly to the nose. Please measure first before making a cut. Place tip of aspirator near nose then make a mark to cut the part of the tip off the aspirator to fit the nose properly.
