SHIRATAKI DRY RICE

Made from the fibers of the konjac plant, Shirataki Dry Rice is a low-calorie rice-alternative. This “miracle rice” is high in viscous fiber, but low in sugar carbohydrates, and calories - making it the perfect substitute to rice. It’s easy to prepare and can be used in many dishes.
Directions: Rinse under running water for 1 min. Pour in a dry skillet and stir for a few minutes on medium to low heat. Once most of the water has evaporated, add seasoning as desired. Cook for a few more minutes then serve.
Storage: Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight.
