totoo nga, tubing mascara sha. Akala q need pa sha ibabad sa water para matanggal pero no, it come off easily. nag woworry lang me na baka pag pinagpawisan me is kakalat sha. i wear test q muna then write uli aq ng review. the applicator is nice, di bulky ung mascara kaya clean sha tignan.

How to Use:
