The color is EXACTLY what you see. And because we have a kitchen scale, weighing it reveals that it is 102 g! (i removed the paper label of the yarn). I like how you can tell how the yarn is wound professionally and how the texture is still as soft as cotton and sturdy as acrylic yarn.
