I have straight hair but regardless, this helps with friction with regular linens that can cause breakage. I also have a problem with my hair easily becoming oily after sleeping. But I woke up with silky hair, not oily and not frizzy!!!

Although it's a bit pricey for me since I usually don't get money, I wanted to treat myself with a nice head cap. Considering its quality, I believe it is reasonably priced, and it protects my curls while I sleep!
