I ordered two heat lamps for my newborn puppy, and I’m extremely disappointed. The packaging was not secure at all, and one of the lamps arrived damaged. This is unacceptable—how am I supposed to use a broken heat lamp for a vulnerable animal? Very unhappy with this store’s care and handling. 👎
