The Healthy Basket White Quinoa is a gluten-free alternative to wheat-based grains that is packed with protein, fiber, minerals, and all the essential amino acids that your body needs. Make a batch of this quinoa and use it in salads, soups, and stir-fries.
Directions: Rinse quinoa until the water is clear. Transfer quinoa to a pot with 2 cups of water or broth. Bring to a boil then turn the heat to low for 15 minutes or until the water is absorbed. Remove from heat and fluff the grains with a fork. Let it stand covered for 10 minutes.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Keep in an airtight container once opened.
