Parcel is intact but the bags of dog food inside had holes in them (nginatngat yata ng daga). Sabi ng agent "shipped in good condition" daw. Pero bakit yung wrap/packaging walang damage? Yung dun lang sa loob ang may butas? Also, the content appears to be less than 500g each tbh. Disappointing.
