•Positive side waterproofing of toilets, bathrooms, kitchen, roof decks and firewalls
•Water treatment and sewage structures
•Swimming pools and fountains
•Domes and concrete structures
•Offers the highest coverage of waterproofing
•Paintable, easy to mix and apply which can significantly reduce the project timeline
•Can be applied by brush, roller, or spray, depending on the product, making it suitable for various project sizes and shapes
•High degree of flexibility which allows the substrate to withstand minor substrate movements without cracking or delamination, which can be especially important in structures with dynamic or shifting foundations
•Excellent adhesion to all cement-based substrates which helps prevent any water infiltration
•Excellent resistance to corrosive environment
•Can be used in a wide range of waterproofing applications, including roofs, balconies, basements, and even decorative concrete overlays. They are suitable for both new construction and remedial projects.
Packaging: 4 liters or 16 liters pail
Appearance/Color: Dark Gray when mixed with cement
Storage Conditions: Store in a cool, dry place
Maximum Grain Size: 0.05 to .1 mm
Coverage: 20-30sqm per 4L at 1 coat and 80-100 sqm per 16L at 1 coat.
SURFACE PREPARATION: All surfaces must be smooth, sound and free from debris. Surfaces must be free from oil contamination. Concrete surfaces must be free from any trace of release oils and curing compound.
•Mix 1L of AQUAFLEX FUSION with 1kg of cement
•Mix until a homogenous state is achieved
•Allow the mix to stand for 5 minutes and re-stir manually before use
Apply 1 coat of the mixture to the corners of walls and floor. Then, apply at least 2 additional coatings to the concrete substate. Apply perpendicularly between coatings. If first coat’s brush stroke is up-down, 2nd coat should be left-right. This will allow brush marks to still be sealed on the second coat
Allow for 15mins of curing before applying the next layer if needed
