Product is good naman and it’s legit coz it’s sealed properly but it’s not compatible to iPhone 11 and their chat support is excellent and suggest I buy a type c to lightning cable so I can still use the powerbank. I still give 5 star rating kasi mabait at maayos kausap yung agent nila. 👍
