I would recommend it sincerely it cuts true plastic and it's very straight, and the ruler goes up and down to put your paper with out a scratch. And there's an extra blade!

ito yung pinaka mura sa lahat ng binder dito sa tiktok shop kaya binili ko agad. working naman nang maayos yung hinges di sya matigas or rusty. yung paper filler nga lang may lukot kasi sya yung nasa unahan nung pinack. yung puncher okay, madaling gamitin. yung paper trimmer and cutting pad is ok
