Maintenance mode of sling
1. The sling shall be stored away from heat source (fire source and electric welding) or sunlight and ultraviolet radiation for a long time.
2. Wash it once every 3-6 months. For acid-base occasions, wash it with cold water or detergent immediately, and dry it for storage.
3. After use, it should be stored on a shelf, not directly on the ground, so as to prevent mildew, rat bite, etc.
Scrapping criteria of sling
1. The body shall be scrapped when it is cut, severely scratched, with loose strands and local cracks.
2. If the surface is seriously worn and the lifting belt is abnormally deformed, and the wear reaches 10% of the original lifting belt width, it shall be scrapped.
3. The synthetic fiber shall be scrapped in case of softening or aging (yellowing), rough surface, peeling off of synthetic fiber, elastic change and weakening of strength.
4. It shall be scrapped in case of serious distortion, deformation and fuzzing.
5. It shall be scrapped in case of mildew and deterioration, acid-base burn, hot melting or charring, loose surface and corrosion.
6. It shall be scrapped if there is local scratch or scratched by sharp objects.
