Incase seller fault/damage just return to the address attached on the waybiill. But we make sure we triple check the item before we pack it.

IMPORTANT: Kindly message us your 2nd and 3rd option besides the one you chose and processed on variation and you check out. That way, we’ll have a reference for what we can change your order in the event that your original choice becomes out of stock on exact shipping day. You may put your options on the “remarks” section or directly message us.

If option is not provided and your original choice of color/print is out of stock, we’ll automatically REPLACE it with whatever color/print that is in-stock. This policy applies to all items being sold under our shop. Failure to comply and compromise will never be the seller’s fault. 

Due to high volume of orders and messages received, AUTO-REPLACING of colors/prints is WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE. No message or call will be made by the seller since policy has been well discussed on the product description.

Once item has been received and client raises an argument regarding the policy, the client has the right to return the item but on their OWN EXPENSE. This is in part of the client not compromising with the policy the company has.

Further legal consultation will be apprehended against cyber bullying if the client speaks ill unto the seller.
