4. Placement of print patterns may differ for each item due to the cutting of the fabric done prior to production.

5. As much as we want to accommodate those requesting for photos before ship-out, we cannot do so due to the volume of orders being prepared daily.

6. In case the color or print you chose is unavailable, we will try to get in touch with you via the Tiktok chatbox within 24 hours to suggest a possible replacement. We do not apply "Random Replacement" of unavailable items. Just make sure to check your Tiktok chatbox frequently to avoid cancellation of your order.

7. Orders are normally shipped-out within 1-2 working days.

8. We are not responsible for the delay/non-delivery of your parcel once it has been turned-over to the courier for shipping (J&T, Ninjavan or Flash).

9. We do not have any means of communication with the rider assigned in the delivery of your parcel.
