Good product. Effective in removing odor. I received the item with no damages and the bottle is sealed. I also like the scent of it (lemon zest) which gives refreshing ambience to the room.

I received the wrong order for the reason that the item was out of stock. They sent me a parcel with a different item inside and a note apologizing for the situation. Nevertheless, the shop was really accommodating and responsive specially in terms of processing the refund. Five star pa din sa shop.
