Pan maintenance TPS
By properly storing the pan, its service life can be extended.
1. Wash the new pot with clean water and wipe it dry with a tissue.
2. Heat the pot over low heat and control a small piece of fatty pork to wipe the inner surface of the pot until the oil moistens and does not stick to the inner surface of the pot.
3. Cycle back and forth until the fatty pork is dry and shriveled. Pour the lard clean and wipe it dry with a tissue.
4. Apply oil. Apply a layer of oil (which can be vegetable oil) to the surface of the pot and let it sit overnight.
5. Storage. Store in a dry and cool place.
6. Dry burning is prohibited as it will greatly reduce the service life of the pot! Cook with oil or water in a timely manner to avoid dry burning.
