Quality is as they claim it to be. Good quality! Very close in quality to my other branded bags. I had a slight issue with the strap hardware but CSR are easy to communicate with and they agreed to replace the strap. Over all a very nice bag and the ladies on the live are really friendly and lovely!

The quality of work is so amazing. Love the bag and the wallet. My only regret is I didn't get a lighter shade for the bag. I should take their advice. They know better.
With freebies and superb packaging, the only downside was during in-transit—my bag's bag was torn.
