The packaging was good and secure. I was actually expecting a little bit kind of 'high quality kind' of product, but still the product itself is nice. Though it often doesn't work with thick kind of papers, it does shred but not fully shred when ypu try to shred a thick paper.

Works pretty fine to me
For usual sized papers such as letter (short bond) or legal (long bond), they have to be folded to ensure it fits.
It's not too shabby, since it actually shreds the paper well enough 👍
Unfortunately, it cannot fit 2 sheets of folded paper at a time. It'd be too thick.
