akala ko literal na mahigpit sya yun bang di na iikot yung plates ko tulad nung sa de-pihit pero normal lang pala na umikot sya, mahalaga di sya nadulas kahit na yung mismong plates ang hawakan ko tas itagtag ko sya, di parin nalalaglag. so all in all, maganda sya. ty seller at kay kuya rider!

Yo, I calculated the difference between using these vs the screw ons, I timed the screw ons (one on each side of a dumbbell bar) at around ~12.34 seconds to complete each, while the sellerβs product (slip-on w/lock) timed at an amazing ~4.23 seconds COMBINED. Thatβs ~8.11 seconds less!
