So far maganda po ang effect niya sakin. Ever since po na isama ko siya sa mga supplements ko mas okay yung pakiramdam ko . I drink 1 capsule in the morning 30 minutes before meal and 1 capsule in evening bago magsleep.i dont usually take time to make post or review on what i order but recommend it.
