they sent a damage item. since it doesn’t affect the usability of the item i agreed to their compensation of 150 pesos. though i wanted to return it i didn’t have the time as i was already flying in the next few days. lo and behold, the luggage is not sturdy since it got broken after my flight.

Dko trip yung quality. Maganda lang siya tingnan pero while I'm in taiwan e gumagalaw na yung ibang parts. Partida hand carry pa yan, lalo na sguro kung check in, ihahagis hagis lang ng mga taga airlines yung bagahe.
