For heavy soiled clothes, scrub using soft bristled brush.Wash with regular detergent and rinse.All-purpose cleaning/ Disinfectant:Pour 50 ml of Liquid Bleach for every liter of water.Apply solution with sponge, and, let it stand for 2 minutes.Rinse and let it dry.
