For Oppo phones, enter *#808# to test.
For Vivo phones, enter *#558# to test.
Before purchasing, please note the following:
If you are not a qualified technician, we do not recommend installing the screen yourself, as improper installation can easily damage the screen. In such cases, we will not provide a warranty for self-installed screens. Instead, please take the screen to a professional repair shop for installation.
Upon receiving the product:
The screen comes with a screen protector film and a sticker on the back. Please do not remove them.
Test the screen before installing it. If there are any issues during the test, do not install it on the phone or tablet. Contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
There is no warranty after the screen is installed using screws or glue.
The screen is fragile, and improper installation may cause damage. Be sure to test it before installing it with glue or screws. If issues arise after installation, the warranty will be void.
Once your order is processed, you cannot change the address, contact number, or cancel the order. Please make sure your information is correct and that you need the product before placing the order.
About receiving products:
Inspect the packaging and screen immediately upon receipt. If the screen is damaged or cracked, do not install it. Instead,
