WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Lasco products come with a 3-month warranty starting from the delivery date, covering any factory defects. If you discover a defect within the first 7 days, you may return the item through TikTok’s return process.
After 7 days, the customer will be responsible for shipping fees to and from the Service Center.
Please note: Items that have been refunded cannot be replaced. To obtain the product again, you will need to place a new order at the current price.
Lasco warranties apply only when the products are used in accordance with the provided operating instructions.
Exclusions from the warranty include:
•Adapters, batteries, remotes, and other consumable/disposable items.
The warranty will be void under the following conditions:
•Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
•Malfunctions due to incorrect wiring or voltage issues.
•Damage caused by natural disasters.
•If the returned product, components, or packaging are damaged during the return shipment, or if any inclusions are incomplete, refunds will not be processed.
