Transfer-proof but feels dry once dried (true to claim to most buyers). The color is dark pink, so the image advertised is incorrect. Still loved the color. Itβs scented due to its ingredients so be cautious for those with allergies. It also took long to get shipped out. Great lipstick packaging.
