• Kindly ensure that you send exactly 33 pictures.
• If there are missing photos, we will allow up to 1 hour for you to send the remaining ones. After this period, we may duplicate some pictures to meet the required count.
• We process orders early, so please be responsible and submit your photos on time.
2. Double-check your submissions.
• Review your sent photos to ensure they are accurate. Mistakes or missing pictures will cause delays in processing your order.
3. No cancellations are allowed. ⚠️
• Once the order has been confirmed, cancellation is strictly prohibited.
• Bogus buyers will be reported and posted, especially since these are custom Instax Polaroid-inspired prints featuring your personal photos.
4. Respect and Responsibility.
• Be a responsible buyer by following the shop’s policies and deadlines.
• We value our customers and hope for mutual respect in this process. Please avoid last-minute changes, as this may affect the quality and timing of your order.
5. How to check the number of pictures sent:
• Go back to the first photo you sent and click on it. You will see the total number at the bottom (e.g., 26/26). It should display 33/33.
6. Patience is appreciated.
• We put great care and effort into preparing your orders. Kindly allow us sufficient time to process everything correctly.
