The first product that I received had a damaged pero thankfully nag respond naman yung seller and they were able to provide me a new one. Super solid din ng product, 2 in 1 na sya di na need bumili ng 2 seperate straightener and curler 🙌

Though medyo delayed yung pag ship kasi naubusan ng stocks and there was an issue with the curler I've received. I immediately contacted the seller and the seller is reponsive and attended my concern professionally. I already recieved the new one and it is working na 🥰
