The skirt is good, althought i have a waist of 28-32 im still having trouble when buying the right size. I should have bought large or Extra Large Because sicne it is high waist the skirt can only cover 1/4 of your thigh, i kept on imagining that im inside a sakura gamepley when i wear it.
