Arabica coffee is known to be less acidic as it naturally has lesser coffee content. Dark roast Arabica gives a bolder and stronger taste to the beans. Research also shows that Arabica beans have higher levels of chlorogenic acids, choline, and trigonelline. (which are all GREAT things!)
