Product Features:

1.It has the functions of high temperature shrinkage, soft flame retardant and insulation corrosion prevention. It is widely used in insulation protection of wire harness, solder joint and inductor, antirust and anti-corrosion of metal tube and rod. The voltage level is 600V.

2.With the temperature from low to high, the polymer materials will go through the glass state high elastic state. The performance of the glass state is close to that of the plastic, and the performance of the high elastic state is close to that of the rubber.

3.The material used in heat shrinkable tube is glass state at room temperature, and becomes high elastic state after heating.

 

Instructions for use:

During production, the heat shrinkable tube is heated to a high elastic state, and then the heat shrinkable tube is applied with a load to expand. Under the condition of maintaining the expansion, the heat shrinkable tube is cooled rapidly to enter the glass state, and this state is fixed. When it is used, it will return to the high elastic state when heated, but when the load is gone, it will retract.
