3. For better results, please send high-quality, unfiltered photos. We do not offer layout or editing services.

4. We will confirm your order through our chat system. Our shop is open from 8am to 5pm on weekdays but you can leave us a message anytime and we will get back to you;

5. Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, we have no control over the delivery process. If you have any concerns, please contact our customer service directly. Delivery within Metro Manila takes 2-3 days, while delivery to provincial areas may take 3-7 days.

6. Please make sure to keep unboxing videos, photos, or any documentation for future reference. These are required for any claims or issues that may arise.

7. After receiving your items, we kindly ask you to thoroughly check them. If you had a satisfactory experience, we would greatly appreciate a 5-star rating. However, if you have any concerns, please message us before leaving feedback so we can promptly assist you.
