Dries way too quickly for my very dry eczema prone skin, definitely has the stinging tingly sensation from the niacinamide. I saw a great difference on my skin after 1 night of use. MIGHT BE PLACEBO BUT I LOVE THIS PRODUCT ITS WORKING SO FAR 😛😛😛😛😛😜😜😜😱😱😱😱😭😭😭😊😊😊😊😊💜💜💜💜💜💜
