I’ve been using this 8-shaped strap for a week now, and it’s great for my back workouts. It works well for WIDE bar lat pulldowns and seated cable rows but feels a bit uncomfortable on SHORT bars. While the classic strap is better for smaller bars, this one gives a stronger pull, less forearm feel.

seems good, havent tried it yet. will lower rating if it's not suitable/breaks unexpectedly, but otherwise 5 stars.
