1. Q: Why can't my computer/laptop detect the external drive?

A: If you are a desktop computer, please connect the drive to the USB port on the motherboard. Do not plug it into the USB adapter port, as the power supply may not be sufficient to keep the drive running. Please restart the computer/laptop normally or change to a different USB port. Check to see if the LED lights are on or listen carefully to see if the drive is spinning the disc inside. This drive supports plug and play, no additional drives are required. 2. Q: The driver cannot be separated from the computer control or press the eject button, my CD is stuck inside, how to deal with this situation?
