Great use for:
Bath for Stress Reliever- add 2 cups to your bath and soak away your worries.
Soak your Sore Feet- add 1 cup to warm water and soak for 5 minutes.
Stiffness Reliever- add 2 cups to your bath and soak for 15 minutes. Let our natural epsom salt do its job.
For minor sprains and bruises- dissolve 2 cups into a gallon of warm water. Apply in conjuction with bandages.
