Very poor packaging all the wrappers outside is already broken no bubble wrap or anything to protect there’s a lot of small formed part of the item and I ordered 2 but I recieved only 1 waiting for resolution. Not responsive

Happy with the performance and material use for this clothing rack. But unfortunately there’s a missing piece of screw. The seller says he’s compensate the missing piece instead. Btw, is a two layers rack.
