Dishwashing liquid making
PROCEDURE TO MAKE 17 LITERS OF PURE &
CONCENTRATED DISHWASHING LIQUID
v Prepare 15 Liters of water in a plastic container.
v Put 1.3Kilo of SLES and immediately stir as fast as you can until fully diluted.
v Put the coloring (control the color until reach the desired color),
v Put the Edta, stir
v Add Antibac, stir
v Put the Sodium Chloride slowly while continue stirring
v Add DEGREASER
v Add FOAM BOOSTER
v Put the preservatives,stir
v Put the 15ml scent and stir,
Put Detergent builder
add Moisturizer
Add Foamer
v Cure for 24 hours, DO NOT cover, allow to evaporate heat (para di bumaho)
v Put into the desired bottle or packaging.
Materials:
v 15Liters water
v 1.2Kilo Sodium Laurel Ether Sulphate (SLES)
v 30ml Coloring
v 15ml Scent
v 250ml (Bubble Enhancer/Foam Booster)
v 500ml DEGREASER
v 30ml edta
v 15ml antibac
v 30ml preservatives
v 850g Sodium Chloride
NOTE: Materials are biodegradable.
