Notes: Please do the measurement on the left arm to achieve more accurate testing data. Please Wear Thin Cloth or expose your arm to the Cuff. Please do not move while measuring.
1. You can use the external power supply DC 5V by adapter if batteries are not available. (Micro USB Cable)
2. Roll Up the Cuff to cover your arm and keep it at the same level as your heart. Keep the cuff 2-3cm above your elbow.
3. Stretch your arm forward on the desk and keep it relaxed.
4. Make sure your arm is upturned and still. (Avoid body movement during the measurement.
5. Press the Start / Stop button and the device will automatically start to work. Preset the cuff and do the measurement
