Dewha Cica Rejuvenating Toner is infused with Centella Asiatica (Madecassoside), also called CICA soothing gel in Korea, the antioxidant-rich moisturizer for sensitive skin. It also contains niacinamide. A blackheads remover & dark spot remover that must be added in your rejuvenating set.
