Two-component High Performance Epoxy Adhesive

DAVIESR NON-DRIP EPOXY is a 100% solids high performance two-pack epoxy that provides an ultra durable and tough bond in a variety of substrates. This versatile product is easy to mix and use in industrial, construction and marine applications. It is specially formulated with microsphere lightweight filler for easy mixing and application enhancing its non-drip property.

Step 1 Mix equal volumes of Part A and Part B (1:1 by volume) 80-90% Relative Humidity

Step 2 Mix Thoroughly (approximately 2-3 minutes depending on amount) Part A and Part B with spatula.

Step 3 Mix only enough quantity to be applied within 90 minutes after thorough mixing.

Step 4 Apply the mixed compound on the clean surface with a spatula or putty knife using firm pressure for maximum adhesion.

Step 5 Apply an initial thin layer. If necessary, additional layers may be applied within 1-1.5 hours depending on climate conditions.
