• MONDOLASTIC 900 is a one-component POLYURETHANE-ACRYLIC liquid applied flexible membrane for concrete roof deck waterproofing.

• It offers outstanding water ponding, crack bridging and heat reflective properties.

• Very low water uptake to enhance water ponding capability

• Excellent elasticity for crack bridging property

• Excellent UV and thermal aging resistance

• Good dirt pick up resistance to enhance solar reflectance and energy cost savings

• One component, easy and ready-to-use seamless waterproofing membrane

• All surfaces must be clean, dry, free from dust, dirt, chalk, laitance, efflorescence, rust, grease, oil and other foreign materials.

• Allow new concrete to cure and dry completely for at least 28 days with a moisture of pH level below 10.

• Mix Mondolastic 900 thoroughly to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Do not overmix to avoid foam formation.

• For consistent paint thickness , use a solvent-resistant roller such as a polyester or polyurethane type.

•Mondolastic 900 can be applied on horizontal roofs with a slight slope to minimize water ponding.

•Do not apply Mondolastic 900 during rising temperature and on substrates with rising moisture.

•Ensure rain does not occur during application and drying of Mondolastic 900 to enable the membrane to fully cure to a dry seamless coating with excellent water resistance.
