Wrong gifts received. Bracelet resized but I did not ask for it. CS was helpful and offered coupons but still a bit disappointed with this transaction.

The quality of the product is good. The only problem was the freebies shown during live were not the same ones received. One freebie was replaced without notice.The freebies of my 2 orders got interchanged. The other order is still on its way. Seller promised to make up for unintended mistake.
