Apas are oblong-shaped biscuits that are topped with sugar. Apas biscuits are a part of Filipino cuisine. Apa is also the Tagalog term for wafer, especially ice cream cones.
Our Apas biscuits is originated at Rizal Laguna. This variation of called Creamy Apas. Creamy Apas are more creamy than ordinary Apas and can be used as a base for your favorite refrigerated cake. They are baked in a commercial oven and come in a tub or pouch.
