It's packaged nicely, wrapped in a thick bubble wrap thanks to the seller. Although there were some minor dents in the box, the product itself was safe.
It feels like water on the skin and it isn't very hydrating. I haven't got any breakouts from using it in 2 days. Overall just a nice toner.

HOW TO USE:
Use this toner after facial wash every morning/evening. Soak a cotton pad with an adequate amount of the toner. Gently apply from the inner areas of the face outward.
